A person or persons who speaks with the intent of deception, using fractional and incoherent information that on the surface seems legitimate, to achieve a less than reputable goal or to attract flattery to ones self.

It is every offensive word you know combined into one word. For example... Bitch, faggot, cunt, whore, autistic wankstain, shithead, waste of cum, shit for brains.
When someone is being really annoying and you don't want to swear so you say this to them.
