Now then

A phrase commonly used in northern England, it derives from Old Yorkshire dialect.

It is a phrase used for greeting, although it is laregely unknown as to why the terms "now" (meaning this instant) and "then" (meaning in the past) were put together to form another way of simply saying "hello".

Usually pronounced "Nah-then".

i'm literally shaking right now

An infamous phrase used by your average Tumblr SJW/Feminazi to indicate a person's massive sensitivity and inability to accept reality, which is used as a pathological persuasion method and the additional 'Appeal to emotion' fallacy. It attempts to shame the audience to the point of opposing anything that person is offended by.
Tumblr poster : "This one time, I went to a restaurant, and I was feeling more gender fluid that day so I dressed up in my favorite scarlet dress and went out to eat by myself. As I'm near the entrance, I see a visibly Caucasian (blonde hair, blue eyes, and approximately 6'2) man wearing a MAGA hat approach me and, I shit you not, yell "Fucking f*ggot!" and he punches me in the face. The other males in the restaurant, all visibly Caucasian (blonde hair and blue eyes), cis older males clapped. I just wanted to go out in the real world and have a good time and be myself and this is what I get. I was about to call the police but I'm just so fucking terrified right now. I'm at home right now thinking about ending it all and I'm literally shaking right now"

he's so chill right now

phrase used to describe one who is chill, not necessarily cool as in 'hip to the hop' but more like, relaxed and chill. not too stoney, but to some extent.
Man, the guy who sits across from us at lunch, he's so chill right now.
I mean, I'm no doctor or anything, but I think I'm able to judge him on a thing like this. I mean, come on, look at him. He's so chill.
Commonly used in South Africa when you're ARE going to do something, just not anytime soon.
"Have you started studying?"

"No, I will now now" *basically doesn't study until five minutes before the test*

So now you care!

The sentence used by overly dramatic/self-pitying girls with curly hair that enjoy crying in dormitory lobbies. Although meant to invoke pity, it often brings forth joyous laughter from apathetic male scholars. This sentence is also used to mock aforementioned self-pitying girls, and as such, should be inserted into normal conversation whenever possible to further malign said girl.
"Are you feeling ok, Morgan?"
"So now you care!*whimper sniffle sniffle whine*"

Guy's version:

"Hey dude. What's up?"

"UHHH... SO NOW YOU CARE???!!!"

"Oh what a hilariously everlasting joke. This will always be funny because we are men and don't cry at the drop of a hat."

nowandlater

Brightly colored and sparkling, used often to describe automobile paint jobs and/or custom jewelry grills. Origin is from the brightly colored candy. I believe there is a drug reference as well, but am unsure of nature.
"Nowandlater paint, dro by the pound" -Paul Wall

"Runnin' round the village with a bag full of nowandlaters" -Left (Frontline)
