larghetto

A slang term used to define a person of large size in a ghetto area (hence the term "larg" followed by the remaining "hetto". Note that the term does not necessarily define someone who is in fact ghetto themselves, as it is appropriate for anyone in a ghetto area.

a joint. Marijuana, or Weed rolled up in the form of a cigarette, but there's no smoke filter just a piece of paper in the shape of an S not to block the way of smoke, which makes it quite easy to pick out :)
