Zip and Drip
occurs when a man replaces his penis in his pants without ensuring that he is fully finished urinating. Small wet spots on a man's khakis around the crotch region is often evidence of zip and drip.
Fearing that he may get caught urinating outside, Tom quickly refastened his pants resulting in a severe case of zip and drip.
