The term used to describe what is stereotypically, a man in his mid 30's, who's discovered how to survive solely on the tax payers money. This man has gotten so used to freebies, he has made peace he will never return to work.

The majority of dossers can be found in close proximity to a Butlins, and more often than not named "Scott".

Friend: "Hey big man, how was work today? Do you fancy some CoD?"

Scott: **typically replies only after 3pm** "Alright mert, just woke up. Yeah go on, I'll smash a few heads in. I'll be online all night, it's like I've gotta get to work in morning lol X"
