A dance to the song “Need 2” by Pinegrove. It expresses having a lust for life. A love for life. An understanding of the need for LIVING. For experiences. For love. For trying new things. For being brave. For putting yourself out there. Live.
“Yo, that person has no clue how to Pinegrove shuffle.”
“Homie. It’s not about dancing it the right way. It’s just about dancing it.”
“Damn man. That’s deep.”

A dance made famous by Former Bengals Running back Icky Woods. Famously known for doing the shuffle after scoring.
The dance is done by holding the football in the right hand and stomping the right foot and pushing the ball to the right , then switching hands and doing it the other way, usually done 3-4 times, then you drop the football, put your hand in the air with only your index finger up and spinning it in a circle while shaking your hips.
