Party toilet paper

To do shitty stuff that kills everyones buzz at a social gathering is commonly referred to as 'party pooping'. 'Party toilet paper' is any act whereby one who has previously pooped on the party does something totally rad to undo said party poopery and bring everyone's spirits back up to awesomeness levels never anticipated.

me: Did you see that douchebag who pissed in the laundry hamper earlier? What a party pooper.
you: Ya, that was not cool, but then he totally made up for it when he brought that extra keg later! Party toilet paper!
(okay, maybe this term is pretty stupid)

Party Shatner

The height of unnecessary ridiculous; the proverbial cherry on top of the Unnecessary Cake.

This comes from William Shatner's famous Spoken Word version of Elton John's "Rocket Man", where he performs the song as three different Shatner personalities, the last of which is the "Party Shatner".

Did you see that episode of "To Catch a Predator" where they had a cop in full-body tree camoflage jump out of the bushes and tackle one of the pedophiles as he walked away? That cop was the Party Shatner.

Party Queens of Cala Millor

When two single, goregous ladies decide to take the coast of Mallorca by storm. They do not choose the corny destinations of Magaluf or the Greek-party islands, but they rather decide to shake things up a bit in Cala Millor. The beautiful beaches and lovely accomodations makes this resort an obvious choice. The party queens are made up of one crazy chick with killer legs and horny eyes, whilst the other girl has a booty that can, and will stop traffic.
