An adjective or verb to be used when someone royally fouls up an event by switching the date of said event, or otherwise causing general confusion regarding a social gathering that had been set in stone.

(adj) "Stop being so Will R. about this party! You said it was on Saturday, so it's going to fucking BE on Saturday!"

(v.) "Sorry to Will R. our lunch date, but I have to switch it to next Monday."
