A person who unnecesarily drives their car whilst children are walking to school. The pedo is a reference to paeodophile because they are abusing children by filling the air with carcinogenic fumes.

An example of a carpedo would be school run mums who could easily get up ten minutes earlier in the morning and walk their kids to school.
