Carpet the Bottom

The act of sprinkling a small amount of marijuana on the bottom of a pipe bowl, as to create a 'carpet on the bottom.'

dude one - Hey man, you wanna smoke a bowl?
dude two - Sure, but i don't wanna get too high, lets just Carpet the bottom.
