A modern male who hides his hipster fashion sense and obscure, cultish references from Monday to Friday behind a no-nonsense business suit and idle, bourgeois chit-chat. Neologism of Incognito and hipster.

Whilst sipping my grande skinny caramel macchiato (1 shot caramel) in the Barbican, I was disappointed to see that I was surrounded by incognipsters dressed in their city suits.

inlign: the state of being in alignment. It is when actions accurately reflect priorities and intentions. Being inlign with yourself is a powerful north star for navigation since you cannot truly thrive without your actions accurately reflecting your priorities and intentions. This applies to organizations and teams as well -- an organization or team is inlign when their actions accurately reflect their priorities and their intentions. inlign is also used to describe if other things or people are inlign with themselves, their audience, you, etc.

A business use for this word: Our company culture is inlign (i.e. the company's actions are accurately reflecting their priorities and intentions)
