A term used in the South-West of England to refer to one-legged and unsuccessful prostitutes; they are usually found roaming the streets of towns and cities.

Gomer

Noun- A person or persons who displays an inability to function within normal social situations without being a nuisance, bother or generally an ass. It requires both an inability to function physically and mentally and should be used in describing a person or persons who possess both. Idiot references mental. Klutz references physical. Gomer encompasses both. A person who is not only an idiot, but has the physical ability to try to own it and inevitably fail.
Originally arose in connection to 60's iconic TV character Gomer Pyle.

George W. Bush is the prototypical gomer.

Gomper

A psychedelic song on the Rolling Stones album from 1967 called Their Satanic Majesties Request. It is perhaps the very worst song the Rolling Stones ever recorded. It has never been played live by the band.

When I listen to Their Satanic Majesties Request, the only psychedelic Rolling Stones album, I skip from the seventh track, The Lantern, to the ninth track, 2000 Light Years From Home, because those are both good songs but the one in between them, Gomper, totally sucks.

Goomer

A Goomer is usually a pothead, genius, lacrosse player who is extremely selfish and doesn't care about anyone. You would usually find a Goomer in a crowd of potheads and hippies partying his ass off. A goomer can be a total douche at times. When a goomer is at a party, it will hook up with any girl it wants, but otherwise it is a complete and total pussy. A lot of girls want a goomer's "d" but the goomer is to ignorant to notice it. A goomer is EXTREMELY LAZY!

Jim- "Wow, that guy gets such good grades!"

Jane- "Don't be fooled, he's just a gay little pothead lacrosse player who can't take a hint. He was super nice to me last night but now whenever I try and flirt with him, he just stands there like an idiot."
