Berea is a city in Central Kentucky, United States. Its residents are known for playing soccer, listening to ska, smoking pot.

In 2004, the city population was 12,738. Its most prominent institution is Berea College, which owns a substantial percentage of the city's land. It is also one of the fastest growing towns in Kentucky.
