Used in contrast to 'So Hot' to refer to someone who's 'sexy' look is completely dependent on their cash flow and mindless fad following as opposed to being authentically and naturally gorgeous. Often 'Store Bought' individuals are attempting to mimic whichever celebrity is popular at the moment. Some of these celebrities are also 'Store Bought'

She bought a mega-mansion in an expensive gated community. She invited us to dinner to show-off her wealth where she served us prawns, oysters and carvier. But she kept cussing and snapping her fingers and shaking her head with an attitude during the meal. I mean she was so boughetto!!

Said just on completion of fixing or enhancing an item up to a standard that could be bought or purchased from a shop. Often has a tone of slight sarcasm regarding the fixed or enhanced item.
After fixing the broken chair leg with gaffa tape, Bob proudly said "Just like a bought one"...
