5th amendment

Well, it look like your pal there is complicit in the theft of intellectual property related to the current AI model. My contribution, no matter how small it SEEMS, brought AI into the mainstream and is the difference between it working the way it does now and is, therefore, cardinal to it's function. The problem of perception. The idea that you would need a massive data set and the allusion to a scaling disparity between the AI and the human brain (specifically the conversion rate between sensory data and the hippocampus). And the compression algorithm to cut down on the energy cost. All of these, posted with the intent to be published and copyrighted at the point of insemination but diverted to a place to which I have no access for the purpose of profiting off of my unpaid labor and from my property.

And as per the 5th amendment of the constitution, a government employee is complicit (knowingly or otherwise) in taking my property without providing me due compensation. As I do not intend for this to be diverted away from me, this is something for which I am not responsible. If said surveillance is in any way punitive, I have yet to be charged with a crime and have, therefore, had my 4th amendment rights violated. Whatever perceived threat I pose is (at this point) entirely theoretical and cannot be considered justification for surveillance as I have been denied my right to habeas coprus as per the 4th amendment. That. Do that. That is your job. And the job of your colleagues. You should all be doing this and have had 9 years to do it."

13th amendment

Coerced labor is right! I'm also being surveilled and harassed! I'm going to have to murder one of your kids or something because if I'm not going to get rights then I'm sure as hell not going to let your kids get them!

Do anyone else have any other ideas that don't involve either letting them steal it, asking, working, or doing anything other than this? Because I refuse to do any of those! No? The 0.5st Amendment

The freedom to be offended by another person's first amendment rights.

Jessica saw a man on the train reading an article from a right-wing publication arguing against transgender pronouns. She reported the man to security and he was asked to leave the train because his actions had unknowingly offended Jessica. This was within her rights according to the 0.5st amendment.

Grant's Amendment

A caveat to the odds game which enables the user to withdraw from odds which have previously been given to them with no forefeit.

Orginally concieved when Grant Saint Clair lost his odds and was required to chin a pan of rum. Unable to face this he feebly asked for an amendment to be added which would allow him to be exempt from these odds.

The amendment was carried over to other members of the group with two rules only:
1. The amendment can only be used on a holiday/trip - it does not apply to every day situations.
2. Each individual within the group is entitled to only one use of their amendement.

Creation story:
John: "Grant, odds you down that pan of rum?"
Grant: "I cannot do this, I'm smashed."
John: "Fucking pussy, 5/1 max"
Grant: "3/1 ya prick"
John: "Count us in"
Steve: "3, 2, 1...."
Grant & John: "2"
All except Grant: "eyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy"
Grant: "I physically cannot do this. Pulling out my amendment, this is not happening tonight"
And so, Grant's Amendment was born.
