(adj.) A word to describe a ghetto, usually white girl, who is just plain nasty. Dudes with no self esteem will probably wanna hit that but my advice = DON'T. This is barely a step down from the noun 'scrump.' Originated in Wichita, KS from Colton Falconburg.
