STD Grab Bag refers to a person who is so promiscuous that he or she has many STD's (sexually transmitted diseases). Like a grab bag that you would get at a birthday as a child you would pull out many wonderful gifts such as: a pencil, pixie stix, stickers, or a puzzle. But with an STD Grab Bag you can pull out: genital warts, syhpillis, chlamydia, or ghonnorea. Yay!

Maggie is an STD Grab Bag; she has slept with every guy in town.

A strong yet playful expression used to tell someone to get lost, as they are either; a liar, chatting shit, being annoying, or you don't want them to be around you.
More commonly used in Scotland.

"Want to head to Revolution for a couple of drinks tonight?"
"Grab a knob mate, of course I don't!"

"I did so well in that exam man!"
"Aye right you did, away and grab a knob."

Seat Grabber

When one takes a shit which puts you through so much pain that you take hold of the sides of the toilet seat, and raise yourself up about 1/2 inch and squeeze plastic and porcelain to try and take your attention away from the pain you are being dealt by the wide load leaving your body.

Person 1: That shit was huge!

Person 2: Seat Grabber?

Person 1: Yeah!

Person 2: Damn! You want the ice out of my Coke?

grab your ankles

To grab one's ankles is essentially to bend over and prepare for what's coming. It is a reference to getting fucked in the ass (usually in a figurative sense). Sometimes the person grabbing their ankles is at fault, and sometimes it is the result of some new organizational policy.

The company just laid a bunch of people off and is requiring mandatory overtime for all salary-paid employees, so get ready to grab your ankles.
