Nostalgia Rush

A sudden rush of nostalgia that has been stock-piled for a long time being unleashed. Most of the time it's because of fun stuff you've done in the past and now once again allowed to relive those time, or at least remembering them...

Usually in form of not being able to think straight because of the awesomeness that just happened. A feeling where you just want to smoke a cigar, grab a minigun and drown anything in sight with lead.

This feeling is uncommon, some just get "Nostalgia" but this is in rush form which makes you totally unprepared and you'll be completely overwhelmed by the feeling. Which leaves you there incapacitated thinking about it rather than anything else.

James:*Sees Dave playing Galaga* What's tha- *nostalgia rushes* Wait,wait,wait,wait,wait... o-oh my god, hold on. ohh-hh man Nostalgia Rushing! So much badassery!

Dave:Woah dude you cool?

James: All cool man, just Oh y-Yeahhh... Damn, I feel rejuvinated! Hug me bro! (all homo intended)

Nostalgia Rock

A recent genre of music, mostly found in the independent music scene. This music is so influenced by the classic rock, psychedelic rock, and pop-rock music of the 1960s, 1970s, and early 1980s, that it's resemblance to its inspiration cannot go unnoticed or uncommented on. Usually including large amounts of reverb throughout each instrument, utilizing the most common instruments used to create a rock band (Vocals, Drums, Bass, Keyboard, Guitar). Essentially, this music sounds as if it was actually recorded decades before it's release.

Have you heard the new Temples record? It's some pretty good nostalgia rock.

Guy 1: That Seattle band, La Luz, is so reverb soaked and inspired by Californian beach music. It sounds like it's from the 60s!
Guy 2: Yeah, they're so nostalgia rock.

a small town im ohio that has more problems with dear running out in front of cars and ducks pooping on peoples cars than with any sort of crime except pot which we do not think of as a drug but more of a sexual enhancement device seeing as all the women in the area are homely. the town consist of six bars and 1 flashing red light. it also has a high school that consist mainly of kids whos parents are the alumni and couldnt make it in the real world

in castalia we have whats called the duck pond which is the main entertainment in the area watching ducks screww and crap all over peoples cars.We also have a game reserve that you can watch bigger animals screww and crap on stuff
