1) Someone who cannot win in any sort of discussion or argument.

2) Someone who cannot come up with a good comeback in a fight yet thinks of the things he/she could have said after its over.

3) Someone who can be sent on a guilt trip by a simple lecture to information they didn't know.

To overachieve overachieving. Excessive overachieving. Biting off more than you can chew (metaphorically).

Eliana got really over-achievy at UCLA and tried to double major then freaked out when she saw how many classes she had to take in her remaining two years in order to do that. Over-achievy.
