Pesse; that is, a person who suffers from pedophilia. The opposite of teleiophilia. An adult who is attracted to children that have not yet hit puberty also known as a child molester. The act of enjoying or being sexually involved with persons under the legal age (and especially the ones under the age of 7) Basically a sicko who pleasures in having degrading thoughts, and or engaging in illegal sex with little children.

I heard that our neighbor who just got out of prison is a pesse.

When someone, normally male, uses urine to clean "skid marks" off the inside of a toliet. This works especially well if done within the next 10-15 minutes. Works best as an unspoken agreement between roomates/partygoers.

"Hey man, I just took a wicked dump in your bathroom. Haha, left skidmarks all over the toilet."
