a mama-papa-combo is the terminology used to describe and male-female relationship. mama would be the girl and papa would be the boy. when the two make a relationship or begin to hook up, it is called a mama-papa-combo. The term must be said quickly with a sharp accent. Pronounced: "mamaaaaaa papaaaaaa comboooooo". It should take exactly 1 second to say the phrase. The term may also be followed by a feeling or action. For instance, if a girl is having drama with her boyfriend, she may say to her friends "mama papa drama !!".
