A hood rat. (Spell hood backward and rat backwards, merge the two words.) A nicer way of referring to someone in an offensive manner.

A term for an unscrupulous female who has dealings with a lot of different men in her neighborhood (typically sexual dealings, sometimes for monetary gain).

Hood = short for neighborhood. Rat = vermin, low to the ground/crawling, sniffing/looking for cheese. Cheese = slang for $$$.
