Similar to the Dirty Sanchez. Instead of a man or woman sticking there entire index finger up there own turd cutter covering it with poopy. Dirty Hitler only differs in this aspect you just lightly graze the tip of your finger with whichever kinda butt flem is there. And just lightly graze your spouses upper lip directly in the middle as she sleeps. (The point?) And when she wakes she will scream and yell in a different language do to the amount of vomit falling from her face.
