B-Town 

Nickname used for Bloomington, Indiana. Bloomington is the home of Indiana University aka the Hoosiers. Townies from b-town are often referred to as Cutters. Cutters meaning people who cut limestone for a living in Bloomington, or people who's parents had cut limestone in Bloomington. Many people who live in Bloomington their whole lives are often called Cutters as well, regardless of if they cut limestone or not.

Let's head to Indiana, and stop in B-town to watch the Hoosiers play basketball!

Chi-Town 

What people who live in most Illinois suburbs call the city of Chicago in an attempt to seem "hood". People that actually live in the city never call it "Chi-Town" because it is very gay to do so.

Example 1:
Suburban white boy 1: Yo I'm going to Chi-Town tomorrow!
Suburban White boy 2: That's legit bro!

Example 2:
Suburban white boy: Are you from the Chi-Town?
Person from Chicago: No, I'm from Chicago.

P-Town  

P-Town refers to Portland Oregon.
Because its the biggest city in Oregon it is very popular and many people go there for shopping and such, so it is much easier to say P-Town then to say Portland.

Place reputed to be full of farmers and uneducated home-schooled kids.

They're actually usually not.

They're usually filled with kids who DO live on farms, but buy ugly Ugg boots and have parties with heavy drinking to prove they're just as cool as the city folk.

Yes, they are known to be seen riding their tractors around the main town center.
