They cane up with this name because at the beinging of every podcast they always say "dink dink dink dink dink dink" along with the theme music of the podcast. A chick that is one step above a cocktease.

Unlike The cocktease, who won't put out and never gets naked, but flirts and teases to lead you on, the dinkdodger will go all the way , clothes off and even gets in bed, but as soon as it's go time, She does everything she can think of to avoid your dink. hence the name dinkdodger.
