And even though you fell SO HARD, you know they’ll never look you the way you look at them: with the unignorable desire to hold hands, maybe even kiss , but they just can’t look at you the same. It’s a feeling like no other. You thinking about them EVERY DAY for the past year. slipping from reality into your day dreams of what could’ve been if they weren’t “straight.” But of course, there’s always the hope that maybe they aren’t so “straight”… MAYBE they’ll eventually look at you and see a future. A future where you’ll give each other your hearts and melt your two worlds into one. Oh, what you’ll do to make them feel your love and return it. Because when i close my eyes I see your smile. I imagine your hand squeezing mine. I think of sitting on the gravel path with you in silence watching the sunset everyday day when I see it setting. Even tho sometimes I feel like maybe this isn’t love.. and drift my thoughts of you away… I’m always eventually reminded of how you’re the one who made me realize what love is supposed to feel like …and you’re the one I have true love for. And through it’s risky, and though I’ll risk my heart shattering to pieces, I can’t lose hope that I wasn’t imagining what I felt between us, and that “us” is not impossible.
