To arborialise is to turn an image or person into a wood-related art piece. Used by pixel artists to come up with a reason to make a Minecraft woodset.
In this case, a person did not, or will not pay off their debts, so another person retaliate by threatening them to arborialise them (turn them into a wood-related art piece):

"If you don't finally pay off your debts, I will arborialise you!"

In this sentence a person commissions another person to arborialise a friend of theirs (turn them into a wood-related art piece):
