Usually small but always very adorable.
Often used while talking to a new puppy in a baby voice.

can also be called "snoochie"

talking about a new puppy:
"aww look at the little snooch! he's so small and cute i just want to cuddle with him!"

usually uttered with an accent such as:
"Awwww da widdle snoooch!!!!"
