Quite literally a dab of human fecal matter. When a gullible pot head is offered a poodab, they simply agree to taking said poodab without questioning it's origin. A poodab is usually scraped fresh from the dry area of a toilet bowl (one should "gator tail" the turd to avoid moisture getting on the poo) with a flathead screwdriver. It is typically administered on an oil rig of mediocre quality. Some individuals may even be persuaded into eating the remaining poo that didn't burn, as it would have "decarbed" at this point and become edible. Eating Chipotle the night before harvesting a poodab produces the best results.
Guy A: "Dude I can't believe he actually smoked my shit..."
Guy B: "Yeah man that was unreal... Should we refer to it as a poodab or a dingle dab?"
