The red mark a woman leaves on her underwear while on her period, indicating that she is, in all likelihood, being a bitch. Can also apply to any other surface that becomes so marked. Such as chairs, couches, bed sheets, car seats, or a man's lap.

I could tell it was going to be a rough day when I found my girlfriend's underwear on the floor with a bitch print in them.
