This is when an older sibling teaches a younger sibling to attack an individual or multiple individuals the attacks are triggered with the phrase "section neener" the origins of the name are unknown and there are no recorded instances of this ever actually occurring

OLDER SIBLING: "O my god a robber"
OLDER SIBLING: "SECTION NEENER!!!!!!"
YOUNGER SIBLING : *attacks robber*
ROBBER: "O my god this little kid is attacking me"
