The name "New Farm” comes from the north side suburb of New Farm, in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The suburb is believed to be the wealthiest in the north side, and hence, is associated with these wealthy mothers. Although these mothers are thought to be privileged, the public perception on them is slowly changing to one of respect.
