It refers to the fact that, at Oum El Bouaghi University, students either do not resive for the exam, or do not do well in thereof. Eventually, when asked whether they revised for the exams, they all reply saying they did not. So, the first reply is "I did not revise," and all the other subsequent responses are "me too."

One of the main ideas is that if enough people join it there won't be enough people in regular society and it will colapse and the alternative society will take over.
