The combination of the two Spanish curse words, "Mierda" and "Caca", which mean "Shit" and "Poop". The combination of the two words make it a greater insult/curse word.

Spanish verb for "draw with shit on wall".

If you don´t wanna look like three sentences spanish speaker and you are afraid to use euphemisms such as "hacer cacá" or "cagar". Mierdar is pretty regular verb, except in pretérito, we use mierdé instead of mierdaré.
