An older term for a man who dresses & presents nice, suave, & high-class.

For example, he wears a suit and tie with a nice watch, cuff links, shoes are shined, hair is neatly trimmed, etc.

"He looked like a dapper tapper to me"
"My grandfather was a dapper tapper, always looked sharp."

Streaky Dapper

Someone, female or male, who says hi to you one day, then the next acts like he or she does not know you.

This usually happens because that person(the streaky dapper) is stuck up, and only says hi to you when they want something, like attention.
