a kin name is the name of a character you kin that you might use as a name or nickname specifically because of that character

"I go by John but some of my kin names are blank and blank."

'Kin-type

1. A sub-type of otherkin.

The kind of partial or complete non-human being, (e.g. robot, animal, mythical creature, etc.) that a human identifies as or is the incarnation of.

2. A sort of member in a family, (e.g. child, parent, sibling, grandparent, etc.).

'The following are an example of a 'kin-type: Mermaidkin, fairykin, elfkin, angelkin (aka. Earth angels), demigodkin, divinekin (aka. daemones), deitykin (aka. avatars), fictionkin, machinekin, alienkin (aka. starseeds), therians (incarnated animals) and more'.

Giving Kin

Adjective; coined from Bella Hadid’s wellness juice company, to give Kin is to have that iridescent, Je ne sais quoi aspect about you. Can be used liberally, but typically towards shiny Arabian horses, graphic pencil skirts, and Bella Hadid herself.

Did you see Josie last night at Monroe’s? In that outfit, she was giving Kin.

IRL kin

an IRL kin is where someone believes they're something they aren't, such as a character from a piece of fiction. it's used mostly in coping mechanisms! . keep in mind that a comfort character is not and never will be an IRL! (there are similar terms and other names for these though!) IRLs are identified if you have close attachments or memories to a character or person, as for attachments can go as far as literally resonating their memories/feelings with your body. (atleast, in my case.) this could also be called/mixed up with D/A (Delusional Attachments) though.

"hey Rachel, he's a Tighnari IRL kin. he'd prefer being called by that I think."

"oh! Got that! "

dragon kin

See Otherkin. A person or persons who believes they are, in some sense, a dragon. This "belief" is a new fad (especially among the 14 year age group), generally used to help explain their own state of affairs.

1. This mundane world does not fit me, for I am dragon kin and dragon kin is I.

2. I am not actually a person, I am really a dragon kin.
