sarcasm

When one says something, but usually means the opposite.
Used sometimes in order to belittle someone and make them seem retarded... or equally to amuse and impress them with your mind. Indeed.
Betty: June hi! how are you today?
June: Menstral cycle - it's like I got a fire and ice show going off in my lower regions. It's fantastic.
Betty: Owh, doesn't sound it!
June: Umm... sarcasm?
Betty: No I'm not being sarcastic, it really doesn't sound it!
June: *slaps head*

Double Sarcasm

Almost like the truth, but when you speak double sarcastically, the person you are referring to assumes you are kidding because you tell the truth with a sarcastic tone.
Playing basketball, your teammate misses shots repeatedly.

"Wow, you're horrible."

The teammate then picks up the sarcasm and assumes they are the opposite, yet they know they are failing. Confusion sets in, and Double Sarcasm strikes again.

[Sarcasm][/Sarcasm]

Sarcasm/Sarcasm is when something you say is sarcastic. It is necessary since it's practically impossible to tell sarcasm online as you would confuse what they say as stupidity or something. You put "Sarcasm" at the beginning of the sarcastic sentence, put sarcastic words, then put "/Sarcasm" to end the sarcastic sentence.
