Get the Shadow mug.An excessive speeding technique, where you "shadow" a speeding vehicle in front of you with about a 15 second gap, to maintain a faster-than-posted illegal speed limit. This allows the speeding vehicle in front the first honor of being clocked by a law official if one is present. Those 15 seconds of "shadow" time gives you the chance to lower your speeds enough to avoid costly speeding tickets. It should be used in combination with a laser/radar detector. Shadow speeding is not recommended during daylight hours on roads where law officials use air patrol to monitor speeds.
