From the POV of Jesse and Chase.
Jesse's preparing his men to charge forward in a final stand. They're all uneasy, but he asks, "Are you ready on my mark?" before giving the signal. The only comforts for his men are their weapons, or being in arms. They know they can't stop what they're facing, but they really have no choice other than to surrender and they wish they can kill it. Sometime during this battle he finds that Chase, his "daughter", was captured. He tries to call in others to help, or something of the sort, but his COMlink is broken. So, he turns himself over for Chase. He expects her to be returned back to his side in the exchange, and I assume that's what happened. It doesn't necessarily have to be Jesse, it could be the other boy shown at the beginning of the comic (which is William), but for my interpretation it is Jesse.

This is a group of friends who feel victimised by the fact that some of My Chemical Romance's fans loathe them for a variety of reasons, mostly ridiculous, such as they're dating one of the band members.
She is allegedly involved with the leadsinger of the aformentioned band, and is generally a private citizen, except to the border line obsessive fans that hate her. However, her and the rest of the World's Most Hated, seem desperate to gain any sort of fame, as they have retaliated to these mentally unstable fans by creating an entire webpage and community, where desperate fans can try and befriend them in the pathetic hope of becoming friends with their friends.

Get the Eliza Cuts mug.a term that refers to scene kid emo poseurs who slit their wrists for the same reason they do everything else - to be cool popular and considered hardcore. these cuts are not evidence of an attempted suicide but instead a desperate cry for sympathy and attention. however, this word should not be confused with "self mutilation" "cutter" or "self injury" it's only emo kids who cut themselves for attention and popularity. people who have real problems with deliberately hurting themselves are either suicidal or using it as a way to relieve negative feelings (ex. distraction, escape, numbness, control...) you will know if someone is for real or just an emo kid poseur because the little attention-whore will run up to you revealing the emo cuts and complaining about how bad life sucks, hoping you will feel sorry for him/her. real people hide their cuts(burns, bruises...) from everyone so don t think every cutter is an emo attention whore fucking poseur
emo kids and their emo cuts keep the people with real problems from getting the help they need because no one takes us seriously anymore

Kids with these aren't suicidal, only attention-seeking, if not status-seeking. A pathetic "hobby"/"accessory" and major insult to the people that really do feel they have no way out and need to end their own life.
