discouraged workers

In economics, discouraged workers is a person of legal employment age who is not actively seeking employment or who does not find employment after long-term unemployment. This is usually because an individual has given up looking or has had no success in finding a job, hence the term "discouraged". A discouraged worker is defined as a person not in the labor force who wants and is available for a job and who has looked for work sometime in the past 12 months (or since the end of his or her last job if a job was held within the past 12 months), but who is not currently looking because of real or perceived poor employment prospects.

The top five reasons for discouraged workers are the following:

1)The worker thinks no work is available.
2) The worker could not find work.
3) The worker lacks schooling or training.
4) The worker is viewed as too young or too old by the prospective employer.
5) The worker is the target of various types of discrimination.

to worsk somebody is to stab them with a pen. no more or no less compicated just to stab them with a pen. So if somebody makes you mad worsk them and the problem will be gone. (note if you have a mechanical pen make sure the tip is out or it is just a normal stabbing not a worsk.)

When an employee abuses their lunch break and either uses the corporate card to pay, or takes extra time and later claims it was a business lunch.

You gotta love worker's chomp, today I was out from 11-3 while i told my boss i was meeting a client for lunch. to top it off, i paid for me and my mistress on the corporate card!

strongly worded letter

something you send to someone when they are fucking up hard. normally with the intent to change something. sometimes a regular letter will suffice, but a strongly worded letter always gets your point across more effectively.

Matt: Kelsey, why hasn't that website approved our entry yet?
Kelsey: I don't know, they are really fucking up hard.
Matt: Maybe we should send a strongly worded letter, and they will fix the problem.
