This doesn't mean that he is actually gay, but a general insult that could also be taken with some form of affection. It is extremely difficult to define what this phrase means as it could be used in many different ways including subliminal messages on instagram posts, doing this may convince people that paVan iZ gay, even though he isn't but you are now confused?!
