Which one is the definer?

Iam "Hey."

Hym "What?"

Iam "Which one of us is the definer? You know, in the definitions?"

Hym "Well, obviously, sometimes it's you and sometimes it's me and sometimes it's us."

Iam "Oh... But I don't think it's obvious."

Hym "Should we start putting the definitions in quotations?"

Iam "No... No I'm sure it's fine."

Hym "Then why even bring it up?"

Iam "I don't know. Just something to think about."

Hym "God *Groans* this guy is a ball-buster...."

Iam "Yeah, well...."

Hym "I know.... You want to make some food?"

Iam "Yeah, I'm getting hungry."

Hym "Same."

Defender

The most important job for defenders is to win their one-on-one battles with the attackers.
Defenders are the most feared in a team with their ability to make game-altering tackles.
Defenders get stuck in and force the Forwards to do something special if they want to get past them.

This defender is like a wall.

Yeah, well you see how your thing kind of intersects with my thing, huh? Except in reverse. I think I did a casual heresy at some point. But yeah, you were being unfairly maligned. You're right but you're wrong.

Hym "Don't publicly execute me for being a Tate defender or anything but that isn't REALLY sex trafficking. It's not even close to the real thing. The real thing is horrific. Think about it for a second. You're getting your groceries one day and a guy sneaks into the back seat of your car as you get in the driver's seat, he grabs you, pulls you into the back seat and his friend hops in the driver seat and just drives away. This is a real thing that I saw on Facebook. You are somewhere. Indefinitely. Maybe even permanently. Some guy is just the boss of you. You're locked in a cage. Forever. It's not great. Always keep your doors locked."

DEVINDER

Self righteous, woke, skinny, mask wearing nerd. He read a handful of books and thinks his book knowledge (reading other people’s experiences) trumps actual real world experience. His “I’m holier than thou” attitude bleeds from his every cell. He failed his real life goals and couldn’t achieve his actual dreams, now he looks down upon other people who are more educated and successful than him, this helps his self esteem and covers up his own failures. He’s a cat who thinks he’s a lion. He’s a nerd who thinks he’s cool. He’s a dungar who thinks he’s smart. He’s afraid yet he thinks he’s brave.
