Check steam is a joke in the *geometry dash* community about the update to the game named "2.2," which is a big update. People would say check steam to make people think it is out, although it has not been out for 7 years, and just released a couple days ago. Therefore, the joke is irrelevant.

Steam Abandonware

Games on steam that have been abandoned by their developers, left to die in (usually) an unfinished state. These games clutter the steam store but steam refuses to remove them as they make money still. Some players cling to the game despite its abandonment, and in some cases, people don't know or care that it is abandoned. Most of the time these kinds of games can be considered a ripoff as they are sold for a high price for a buggy mess of a unfinished product. Some of these games break as they age and become unplayable. Games that are endorsed by the development team though are not being actively updated do not count as abandonware, as the developers and the community still regularly upkeep and/or endorse the game.

It’s a sex move that requires five things:
1. A four door sedan
2. Something to smoke
3. A bitch
4. Some duct tape
5. Consent

Go to the backseat and fuck the bitch doggystyle with all the windows in the car rolled up so it can get hot as fuck. When the car gets unbearably hot, roll the back window, the one that the bitch is facing. They should stick their head out the window to get a breath of fresh air. Immediately, roll the window back up around her neck just enough to where it ain’t choking her, but she can’t put her head back in the car. The walk around the car, light something to smoke, stick it in their mouth, duct tape it around their mouth, get back in the car, and continue fucking them. A phrase used for misinformation about Geometry Dash's Update 2.2 by saying check steam it makes a person may think that the update is out when it's not. This word will most likely lead to a boy who cried who situation when Update 2.2 comes out for the people who got fooled by the phrase although that could be wrong since most of Geometry Dash players are mostly under the age of 13 and might believe it especially when the update releases so it might not be that specific situation but that is basically what this phrase means.

Summary: This phrase is used to fool Geometry Dash players into think 2.2 is out when it's not.

Person 1: check steam
Person 2: Wait really?! Let me check Geometry Dash
