Pumping the Well 

While sitting on the toilet and experiencing shit cramps and knowing that explosive diarrhea is imminent, its the act of sitting up straight and leaning back towards the tank, then thrusting your upper torso forwards coming, chest to knees, causing said shit to be pumped out of your bowels.
