Abdominal Surfing

An extreme sport in which an individual slides down a rail, usually in a staircase, perpendicular to the rail, balancing on the lower ribs and upper abs. The two variations are sprints, in which a single rail is ridden down, and slalom, in which a series of rails going down a stairwell that rises at least 4 floors.

Abdomination

An unattractive lower abdominal section - usually found on women who have had 2 or more large babies. Also known as the "muffin top" or "roll".

The "abdomination" can be characterized as having a cottage cheese texture and or "jowls of the dog" appearance and is often accompanied by stretch marks. The only effective cure is a tummy tuck!

A surgical procedure by which a Doctor would take a sheet of plexiglass and create a window in your abdomen. This way, when a person has their head up their butt, they can still see where they are going.

My boss is in serious need of abdoplexiplasty. He just put a sandwich on the copier and thought it would melt his cheese.
