Otherwise normally dressed business people in any western North American city (particularly Calgary, Alberta) who wear full cowboy gear during such summer festivals as The Calgary Stampede, Roundup Days, etc. Gear includes: Hat, bandanna, bolo tie, cowboy boots that have never touched manure, buckskin jackets, and the wrong kind of jeans (usually a brand that is not Wranglers).

Mike, with his gleaming white Stetson and crisply starched "roper" shirt, was a first-time "transwestite" who looked as out of place among the real cowboys as a nun at a strip bar.

it's basically a therapist has romantic feelings for a patient and/or the patient has romantic feelings about the therapist.
the romantic feelings clouds the reason why the patient is in therapy. otherwise the romance gets in the way.

s: hey, can i tell you something…? it's about my therapist.
j: of course, what is it?
s: i have… i have feelings for my therapist, the type where i just wanna grab her and kiss her. it's so awkward to have transference feelings for her!
j: that sucks..

Jackson Transfer

Similar to the Monroe Transfer in that it involves the transfer of a waste product from the producer to a willing participant. Simply put the Jackson Transfer is when two people stick a tube in their urethras and one of them urinates into the tube passing the urine to the other's urethra. More of a theoretical proposition.

Few people are aware that Andrew Jackson first theorized the Jackson Transfer in his book I Like Getting Urinated On, by Andrew Jackson, co-authored by John Addams.
