Freezing drizzle. A way that weather announcers in Minnesota, especially KCLD describe this phonomenon called "freezing drizzle".

Weather announcer: Today, it is going to be a high of 28 north of the Metro and we might have a chance of some frizzle.

a synonym of the term "weaksauce". The "febrile" within "febrilesauce" refers to something that is fragile or easily manipulated. In that respect, the word "febrilesauce" is more specifically used to describe an act that might convey the message of "pansyness"
