To describe one's state of complete inability to function, usually after the consumption of not so legal substances (depending on where you're from).

Derived from the word nem meaning 'no' or 'not' in hungarian

EXAMPLE 1:
Simon: How many zoots did you smoke?
Isaac: Too many.... I have completely nemmed myself.

EXAMPLE 2:
Look at Simon, such a spaz he is totally nemmed.
