Any non-integrated east Asian working to perpetuate any one of their collective stereotypes. The term was brought into use while heckling Asians playing basketball at lunch in Van City. Generally very disrespectful.

"You smell worse than that Ceeb eating rotten fish over there"

"Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick Ceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeb" - Usually hollered at your generic Asian pedestrian in a yellow pleather track suit from the window of a moving car. Ideally through a megaphone.

"I'm sick of all these ceebs taking over Vancouver"
