A person who befriends their boss then uses personal information gained in the friendship to get their boss fired so they can have that position. A person who is always looking to advance themselves by using personal information to steal a job.
I can't stand Barbra, she is constantly koenkering her friends to get their jobs.

Q: Where is Gary?

A: He is meeting with Barbra's supervisor koenkering his way to the top again.

Q: Why are you packing up your stuff?

A: Lee was at it again, koenkering his way through the ranks by stealing my job
